Tony Lemmo, CEO Tony Lemmo graduated in Business Studies with a Major in Accounting and became an Associate member of the Australian Society of Accountants (now CPA) in 1977. Tony's accounting career path, however, would not follow the usual course. Tony joined Ford Motor Company in 1972 and, over 25 years of service, held several management positions in various divisions of Ford, including Finance and Sales & Marketing. In 1997, Tony joined Martec Automotive Consulting Division. Heading up Automotive Consulting he further honed his skills and reputation working as a premier automotive consultant specialising in the affairs of the automotive and related industries in Australia and New Zealand. In January 2008, Tony commenced AutoTeam Australia Consulting which now has a large base of Automotive Dealers and associated Automotive businesses as clients, with which it is working alongside. Tony is recognised as a leading authority on the Automotive Industry in Australia and his industry forecasts and analysis are regarded as the best and most accurate in the industry. Many of Australia’s leading and most profitable dealers are clients and it is the working relationship between Tony and AutoTeam Australia Consulting's client that ensures they are at the forefront of dealer best practices and profitability.
